Virtual Training School on Risk of Bias Assessment in Working Group 1
Although in-person activities are postponed, TREATme members continue to work according to the plan and with small adjustments. Working Group 1 has organized another Training school which was held online and given the opportunity to the Working Group 2 members to join.
The training on using a tool for risk of bias assessment of non-randomized studies (ROBINS-I) was held by Ivana Vuka, Head of Technology Transfer Office from University of Split, Croatia.
The groups met on September 25th, 2020 when the full training with practices was held. With the courtesy of the trainer, additional clarifications happened on a follow up October 23rd, 2020.
This was the second Training school that WG1 had in 2020. Prior to this, the Training School on ROB tool for assessing risk of bias in randomized studies was held on January 30th, 2020 at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest by Ioana R. Podina, Head of the Laboratory of Cognitive Clinical Sciences and WG1 member. Both trainings aimed to ensure high quality of systematic reviews on predictors and moderators of outcome in psychotherapy for young people with mental disorders that WG1 is conducting.
