The Management Committee has yearly meetings
The first MC meeting on March 31, 2017, was organized by the COST Administration and was held in the COST premises in Brussels, Belgium. In this meeting the management structure were decided: The Action has five Working Groups (WG). The leader of the WGs together with the Chair, Vice-Chair, and the STSM and ITC-coordinator constitutes the Core Group. The leaders where elected and the budget was Work and Budget plan was prepared.
During Grant Period (GP) 1, the ordinary MC meeting was organized in Athens, Greece on the 1st of February 2018. Rules for STSMs and ITC Grants were decided.
During GP 2, the MC meeting was is Cyprus on September 9th, 2018 .
The main aim was to discuss and plan for sustainability of the Researcher network after the duration of the Action. Vice-leaders, mostly ECIs and ITC researchers, are included and responsible for leading this work.
